The Vall Palou Foundation was created with the aim of promoting contemporary art through a programme of exhibitions and activities, and also to bring together a collection of international contemporary art.

Beyond any kind of sensationalism, the exhibition Impacte! offers a selection of 39 works from the olorVISUAL collection. Characterised by an impressive strength both in terms of the subjects they address and the effects of the colour, texture and other material and technical qualities used, they all propose a reflection on art as something shocking. Some of the selected works are being shown in public for the first time in this exhibition and they are accompanied by an educational activity including an original olfactory experience. The exhibition is accompanied by a catalogue with texts by Teresa Vall Palou, Joan-Francesc Ainaud, Ernesto Ventós and Cristina Agàpito.
