The engraving will be personally led by the artist-engraver Joan Barbarà, with the assistance of his son, the engraver Virgili Barbarà.

Duration: 10 days (Monday 19 to Friday 23 of April and Monday 26 to Friday 30 of April 2010).

Timetable: 09:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00

Place: Vallpalou Contemporary Art (Roger de Llúria, 4 bis, altell 2a, 25005, Lleida)

Goals: To experience all kinds of engraving techniques and imprinting processes.

Price: Free. Includes the workshop materials but doesn't include transport, board or accommodation.

Participants: Artists with basic knowledge of engraving.

Registration: by e-mail, fax or post, until 31st March 2010. Applications should include the applicant's name and surname, e-mail, phone number and contact address as well as a brief letter of presentation and, where appropriate, an abbreviated C.V.

Due to the limited number of available places (10) there will be a selection process from among those interested in participating in the course based on the letter of presentation, C.V. and registration application.
